Everything is Crab updates
Use this page when a patch or launch note makes you wonder whether your old evolution route, biome plan, boss prep, or challenge route still makes sense.
Do not restart your whole Everything is Crab plan after every patch. First check whether the update touched the job that was carrying your run: food, main damage, movement, sustain, biome pressure, boss timing, or challenge goals. If the update only changes a side system, keep the route and retest one pressure point.

A patch should change your route when it affects the part that made the last run stable. If your build was winning because food access was safe, any food or healing change deserves immediate testing. If your build was winning because movement solved bad biomes, terrain or hazard changes matter more than a small damage tweak.
A patch does not automatically make every mutation better or worse. Treat updates as a reason to retest the problem that matters, not as a reason to chase a brand-new route before you know what actually broke.
