Chivalware Weapon Disk Charging Guide

Quick Answer

Treat each weapon disk as a job, not a collectible. Before choosing a weapon or upgrade, ask whether it helps quick clear, safe control, boss burst, recovery, or setup support.

What this guide helps with

The official feature list points to a large weapon and upgrade pool. That variety is useful only if the route has a job. If you take every interesting charge idea, your room clear may look active while the boss plan stays weak.

Weapon Job Table

Weapon jobPick it when...Route supportFailure risk
Quick clearNormal rooms are draining too much health or time.Pair with grid matches that keep lanes open while charge builds. Can enter bosses without a clean damage window.
Safe controlThe room clips you before damage matters.Use matches that preserve exit lanes and delay panic spending. Can become too slow if no payoff is added.
Boss burstYou reach bosses consistently but lose during long patterns.Save a charged window and stop spending every charge in room clear. Can make early rooms brittle if the charge plan is greedy.
RecoveryMistakes snowball and the route needs time to reset.Build around safer matches and smaller cash-outs.May fail if the boss needs stronger pressure now.

Upgrade Filter

When a weapon upgrade appears, do not ask whether it is generally strong. Ask what it fixes in the current route. The same upgrade idea can be correct on a run that needs boss burst and wrong on a run that cannot keep the grid safe long enough to spend the charge.
